The modified Fast Casting times are currently shown with the original spell speed shown in brackets. However this isn't coming up for signets. Unfortunately the timing isn't the same (Going by the tooltip it's 4% for spells but only 3% for signets), and would involve doing far-too-clever-for-me editing
