I've also found that Putrid Bile has the duration and health degen the wrong way round. However looking at the files it all looks ok. If someone can see to that and maybe explain why? (Looking at you UndeadPriest )
Here's the files with the specified change to Putrid Bile. (According to the wiki "This update is intended to address the most pressing issues with GvG for the upcoming tournament at the end of April. The skill changes are due to be reverted on May 1st. ")
So I suspect the next set of skill updates will likely show up around then.
