Can't use GWFreaks

Everytime i try to start it i get a strange message.. im dutch do the message is also in dutch:

Kan de toeppassing niet juist initialiseren(0xc0000135). Klik op OK om de toepassing te beeindingen

Not possible to initialize the application(0xc0000135). Click on OK to end the application.

i guess this is what it means, can anyone help me?

Sorry for not replying earlier, but it sounds like you need to install Microsoft's .Net Framework.
